Stop Motion Special

25th October 2018

Eventbrite_header_Oct2018_WEB.jpg

Our first ever Animorsels! We screened animations featuring a variety of stop motion techniques, plasticine, foam, cassette tapes, rubber bands, naked people, painted people and twisty people.

Jim Parkyn gave a great talk, taking us through his model making career with Aardman. Amongst others Jim spoke about Morph, Shaun the Sheep and our favourite, Trapdoor! Beerrrrrkkkkk.

We had some great Halloween microMorsels entries with a Spooooooky theme and lots of people got stuck into the mini Morph kits we gave out, making dragons, birds and even a model of Jim himself (or it may have been Mr.T, we can't be sure).

Read a little more in the RTS Midlands Article.
